TL331LV-Q1 (TI) — automotive single open-drain comparator, supply 1.65-5.5V, 40uA typical, propagation delay 2us typical. RS331-Q1 (Run-IC): 1.8-5.5V, 50uA typical, propagation delay ~3us. Оба AEC-Q100. Отличия: TL331LV-Q1 работает от более низкого напряжения (1.65V vs 1.8V) — для 1.65V/1.7V systems RS331-Q1 не подходит! Propagation delay: TL331LV-Q1 2us, RS331-Q1 ~3us — близко. Quiescent current: TL331LV-Q1 40uA, RS331-Q1 50uA — сопоставимо. Input offset: TL331LV-Q1 5mV max, RS331-Q1 ~9mV — у TL331LV-Q1 точнее. Для 1.8V+ systems — adequate replacement.
