What is the delivery lead time for standard components?

For standard items, 72 hours from request to your warehouse. Regional delivery: 1–7 days. Express deliveries: from 24 hours in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

What is the lead time for a PCB prototype?

PCB prototype lead time depends on complexity: 2-layer boards from 5 days, 6-layer HDI from 7 days, and 12-layer boards with complex layout up to 14 days.

Do you work directly with China?

Yes, we have our own representative in Shenzhen. We work directly with vetted factories, bypassing intermediaries and their 40% markups.

Can an imported component be replaced with a domestic equivalent?

Yes, we maintain a database of 5,000+ verified replacements. Pin-to-pin equivalent selection within 48 hours. Every replacement is validated on a real board in a thermal chamber.

What is included in a comprehensive supply?
