UCC21520 ↔ UCC21520D

UCC21520D (HGSEMI): Pin-to-Pin аналог изолированного двухканального драйвера. Ключевые параметры: reinforced isolation 5.7kVRMS, CMTI>125В/нс, propagation delay typ 33нс, pulse width distortion <1нс, channel-to-channel delay matching <2нс. Оба канала можно параллелить для 8А/12А. UVLO thresholds на primary и secondary. Проверить: рабочий диапазон температур (TI: -40...+150°C),隔离耐压 (minimum 5.7kVRMS), surge immunity 10kV. Для SiC/IGBT до 1700В.
