TPS54360 ↔ XL4015

TPS54360 (TI) — 3.5A, Vin 4.5-60В (!), 200kHz-2.2MHz adjustable, integrated 92mΩ high-side MOSFET, nonsynchronous, current mode, Eco-mode, frequency foldback, thermal shutdown. XL4015 (XLSEMI) — 5A, Vin 8-36В, 180kHz, nonsynchronous. Критичные отличия: XL4015 max Vin только 36В (vs 60В TPS54360) — в 36-60В НЕ РАБОТАЕТ. XL4015 не имеет adjustable frequency. 180kHz фиксированная — требуется пересчёт L/C под низкую частоту.
