TPS54331DR (TI) — 3A, Vin 3.5-28В, 570kHz, 80mΩ high-side MOSFET, synchronous buck (внутренний low-side), Eco-mode, current mode, soft-start, UVLO. XL1509 (XLSEMI) — 2A, Vin 4.75-40В, 150kHz, nonsynchronous, internal bipolar switch. Критичные отличия: XL1509 на 1А меньше ток (2А vs 3А). 150kHz vs 570kHz — индуктивность ~4x больше. Nonsynchronous — добавить диод Шоттки. Нет soft-start — inrush current. Нет Eco-mode — КПД на малых нагрузках хуже. Pinout разный — переделка платы.
