STW13: ST wireless charging transmitter. IP6808: Injoinic Qi transmitter controller SoC. WPC Qi v1.2.4 compliant. Supports 5W/7.5W/10W/15W (EPP). Input: 5V/9V/12V. Integrated NMOS full-bridge drive. Internal voltage/current ASK demodulation. FOD (Foreign Object Detection): static + dynamic. Standby current: 4mA. Efficiency: up to 80% @ 15W. Input protection: OVP, OCP. Supports PD3.0 input request. Package: 5x5mm QFN-32. Important: IP6808 integrates MCU and drivers -- simplifies BOM vs STW13, but requires different SDK/firmware. Coil: A11 compatible. NTC support for thermal protection. Dynamic power management (DPM) for weak USB adapters (down to 5V 500mA).
