SKY13385-460LF: SP4T RF switch, QFN-12 (2×2mm). Frequency 0.1-6GHz. IL: 0.25dB @ 1GHz, 0.65dB @ 5GHz. Isolation: 44dB. Supply 1.8-5.5V. IIP3 +70dBm. Control: 3-pin logic. MAX3385 — Maxscend аналог. Pin-to-Pin совместимость подтверждена для antenna switching applications. ESD tolerance: 4kV HBM (RF pins) у Skyworks. Важно: harmonics performance при +26dBm input — проверить у Maxscend для base station applications.
