LM2902LV-Q1 ↔ RS6334-Q1

LM2902LV-Q1 (low-voltage LM2902 quad, ~1MHz, SR ~0.4V/μs) ↔ RS6334-Q1 (1.1MHz, 0.5V/μs). RS6334-Q1 имеет чуть больший GBW (1.1 vs ~1MHz) и чуть выше SR. Vos у RS6334-Q1 ±0.6mV typ вероятно лучше чем у LM2902LV (обычно 2-5mV). У LM2902LV классическая архитектура с input crossover distortion при rail-to-rail входе — RS6334-Q1 на CMOS также имеет crossover region, но диапазон -0.1V to +5.6V (at 5.5V) обеспечивает хорошее перекрытие. Проверьте рабочий диапазон: LM2902LV min Vs может быть ниже. Обе AEC-Q100.
