SN74HCT32 (TI) vs RS4GT32 (Run-IC). HCT32: supply 4.5V-5.5V, TTL inputs, output drive ±4mA, tpd typ 11ns, ICC max 40µA. RS4GT32: supply 2V-5.5V, TTL inputs, output drive ±32mA, tpd ~5-7ns, ICC max 1µA. При замене: 1) VCC range расширен — работает при 3.3V; 2) Output drive в 8 раз выше; 3) tpd в 2 раза ниже; 4) ICC в 40 раз ниже. Pin-to-pin для 5V OR gate applications.
