SKY65111 ↔ RFX2411N

SKY65111: 2.4GHz power amplifier, +22dBm POUT. RFX2411N: fully integrated RF front-end IC (PA+LNA+T/R switch+diversity switch), QFN-20 (3x3mm). PA: Psat=+21dBm, small-signal gain=24-25dB, supply 3.3V, TX current 115mA @ POUT=+20dBm. LNA: gain=12dB, NF=2.5dB. Diversity switch: 2 antennas (ANTA/ANTB). Key difference: RFX2411N is a FEM with integrated switch, while SKY65111 is PA only. If original design uses external switch -- RFX2411N simplifies BOM. But control logic (TXEN, RXEN, MODE pins) requires adaptation. ESD: +/-3.75kV HBM. Bypass mode available (MODE pin high).
