REF3420 (TI) — series voltage reference, Vout=2.048V, initial accuracy 0.05%, tempco 8ppm/°C max, output current 10mA source/sink, quiescent current 95uA typical, noise 4.5uVp-p typical (0.1-10Hz). RS3420-Q1 (Run-IC): Vout=2.048V, accuracy 0.05%, tempco 10ppm/°C, supply current 150uA. Отличия: REF3420 имеет лучший tempco (8 vs 10 ppm/°C), lower quiescent current (95 vs 150uA), и specified low noise (4.5uVp-p). RS3420-Q1 — не указан noise, tempco хуже, потребление выше. Для battery-powered precision приложений REF3420 предпочтительнее. RS3420-Q1 — AEC-Q100 automotive, что может быть важно для auto.
