REF3025 (TI): Vout=2.5В, Iout=25мА, точность 0.2%, дрейф 50ppm/°C. SGMICRO REF3025: Полный аналог. Нюанс: при Vin < 2.6В и Iout > 10мА dropout voltage может возрастать до 10-15мВ. Убедиться что Vin имеет запас минимум 100мВ. SGMICRO версия полностью pin-compatible, проверить маркировку на корпусе для идентификации на линии.
