W25Q64JV ↔ P25Q64SH

Puya P25Q64SH: вариант P25Q64 с опцией корпуса USON8 (2×3мм). Параметры идентичны P25Q64H: 2.3-3.6В, 104МГц, 64Mb. USON корпус: footprint 6мм², толщина ~0.55мм — идеален для ультратонких устройств. Нюансы: (1) требует X-ray inspection для проверки solder joints (no visible leads); (2) repair/rework затруднён; (3) требует quality PCB land pattern с правильным solder mask opening. Для prototype phase рекомендуется SOP-8 (P25Q64H), для production — USON при проверенном SMT процессе. Quad SPI fully supported.
