GD25Q64E (GigaDevice) — SOP-8, 64Mbit, 120-133MHz, 2.7-3.6V. Отличия: (1) GigaDevice GD25Q64E — очень популярная замена, pinout совпадает; (2) QE (Quad Enable) bit: у Macronix QE=bit9 (non-volatile), у GD25Q64E — bit9 (S9) status register; (3) GigaDevice имеет dual bank для Read-While-Write; (4) sector erase time: Macronix 30ms typical, GD — 40ms typical.
