MT9V034 (ON Semi): VGA (752x480), global shutter, 3.75µm pixel, LVDS/MIPI/DVP, HDR support (up to 120dB), I2C addr 0x48. SC130GS (SmartSens): VGA global shutter, 4.0µm pixel, MIPI/DVP, 120fps. Отличия: MT9V034 имеет знаменитый multi-slope HDR mode (120dB dynamic range), SC130GS — limited HDR (~80dB). Размер пикселя 3.75µm vs 4.0µm влияет на depth of field и оптику. MT9V034 поддерживает LVDS output (4-lane), SC130GS — MIPI only. I2C protocol: MT9V034 использует 16-bit register addressing, SC130GS — 8-bit. MT9V034 имеет snap-shot global shutter с programmable exposure, SC130GS — rolling-readout global shutter. Critical: для precision metrology требуется калибровка FPN (Fixed Pattern Noise) заново.
