MS5611 (TE): 10-1200hPa, 24-bit ΔΣ ADC, I2C/SPI up to 20MHz, QFN-5x3x1mm, OSR programmable (256/512/1024/2048/4096), pressure accuracy ±1.5hPa, temp range -40 to +85°C, I2C addr 0x77/0x76. SPL06-001 (Goermicro): 300-1200hPa, 24-bit ADC, I2C/SPI, QFN-8, pressure accuracy ±0.5hPa, temp range -40 to +85°C, FIFO buffer. Отличия: SPL06-001 имеет встроенный 32-slot FIFO, MS5611 — нет. OSR modes: MS5611 поддерживает OSR до 4096 (conversion time 7.4ms), SPL06-001 — up to 128x. SPL06-001 имеет 5 operating modes (command/continuous background/continuous), MS5611 — command mode only. I2C address: MS5611 — 0x77 (CSB=GND) или 0x76 (CSB=VDD), SPL06-001 — 0x76 (default). Pressure accuracy: SPL06-001 точнее (±0.5hPa vs ±1.5hPa), но меньший operating range (300hPa min vs 10hPa). Подводный камень: различие в command set и compensation formula — требуется новый драйвер.
