MAX706 — low-cost microprocessor supervisory circuit, 4.65V threshold (MAX706P) or 4.4V (MAX706S), watchdog timer, battery backup, active-low reset, 200ms pulse width, SOP-8. SGM706 — pin-to-pin аналог Maxim MAX706 series. Совпадают все timing (watchdog timeout ~1.6s, reset pulse 200ms), battery switchover logic. Массовый компонент SGMICRO, полная pin-to-pin замена.
