BL24C32F-RRRC (Belling): 32Kbit (4096x8) I2C EEPROM. Полный аналог AT24C32. 32-byte page write — совпадает. Supply voltage 1.7-5.5V — совпадает. I2C Fast-mode+ до 1MHz — совпадает. Random read current 2mA max (vs 2mA у Microchip) — совпадает. A0/A1/A2 device address pins — verify наличие и функционал (AT24C32 использует A0/A1/A2). Нюанс: Belling EEPROM серия имеет встроенный ESD protection 4kV HBM — adequate для большинства приложений.
