RS4G125 Vcc 1.65-5.5V (vs 2.0-6.0V). tpd ~2.9ns @ 5V (vs ~12ns @ 4.5V). Output drive ±24mA @ 3V (vs ±5.2mA). 74HC125 до 6V, RS4G125 до 5.5V. Ioff у обоих. Для high-impedance при power-up — pull-up на OE к Vcc.
