TLV9004-Q1 ↔ RS6334-Q1

TLV9004-Q1 (1MHz, Vos ±0.4mV typ, noise 27nV/√Hz, Iq 60μA) ↔ RS6334-Q1 (Run-IC) [1.1MHz, Quad, RRIO]: RS6334-Q1 близок по GBW (1.1 vs 1.0MHz), но уступает по input offset voltage (±0.6mV typ vs ±0.4mV у TLV9004). Noise RS6334 выше: 22nV/√Hz vs 27nV/√Hz у TLV9004 на 1kHz (преимущество TLV9004). У TLV9004 встроенный RFI/EMI фильтр — RS6334-Q1 такого не имеет, что критично в автомобильных приложениях с EMC. CMRR у RS6334-Q1 71dB (typ) ниже чем у TLV9004-Q1 (~105dB) — проверьте требования к подавлению синфазной помехи. Обе серии AEC-Q100 qualified, pinout совпадает.
