TLV6004 (TI, 1MHz GBW, RRIO, supply 1.8-5.5V, Vos ~0.4mV typ, Iq ~60μA, noise low) ↔ RS6334 (1.1MHz, Vos 0.6mV typ). Очень близкие параметры: GBW 1.0 vs 1.1MHz, Iq 60 vs 58μA typ. Vos typ у TLV6004 чуть лучше (0.4 vs 0.6mV). SR у обоих ~0.5V/μs. У TLV6004 встроенный EMI/RFI фильтр — у RS6334 нет, проверьте EMC требования. TLV6004 qualified до +125°C, RS6334 тоже — диапазоны совпадают. Pinout совпадает.
