OPA2172-Q1 [Vos: ±1mV max, GBW: 10MHz, SR: 10V/µs, noise: 7nV/√Hz @1kHz, CMRR: 120dB, Supply: 4.5-36V, IQ: 1.6mA/ch, AEC-Q100 qualified, EMI-hardened inputs, temp: -40 to +125°C] → RS8462P-Q1 [кросс-референс Run-IC, заявлен как automotive]. Отличия: КРИТИЧНО — OPA2172-Q1 имеет AEC-Q100 qualification и PPAP documentation. Для automotive production (ECU, HEV/EV BMS) замена без AEC-Q100 сертификации RS8462P-Q1 может не пройти OEM qualification. Проверить: (1) наличие AEC-Q100 cert у RS8462P-Q1; (2) PPAP documentation; (3) EMC immunity — OPA2172-Q1 EMI-hardened (internal filter), для RS8462P-Q1 требуется внешний EMI filter в automotive окружении. Для non-automotive industrial apps замена допустима при supply <25V.
