NCV7344 (ON Semi) — 5V CAN-FD трансивер, 5 Мбод/с, AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40 to +125°C), ±40V bus fault protection, low-power standby mode, ISO 11898-2:2016 compliant. SIT1044T (SIT/芯力特) — полный pin-to-pin аналог, 5V CAN-FD, 5 Мбод/с, AEC-Q100. ESD: SIT1044T ±8kV HBM (vs ±6kV у NCV7344). Propagation delay loop (TXD→RXD): SIT1044T typ 100ns (vs 120ns у ON Semi). Dominant timeout: SIT1044T typ 3ms (vs 2.5ms у ON Semi). Undervoltage detection: SIT1044T Vuv=4.35V (vs 4.4V у ON Semi). Standby current: SIT1044T typ 30μA (vs 40μA у ON Semi). Важно: SIT1044T/3 версия имеет VIO pin для 3.3V MCU interface — выбрать правильную версию (T/3 для mixed 5V/3.3V systems).
